"Trusted this seller based on YouTube videos. Please don't make the mistake of purchasing by watching their videos, like I did. Once Sold, you can expect no response from them. I've ordered 16 strips and drivers for my entire flat requirement on 21 Jan 2025 for a whopping 24k. Right after the delivery, Drivers were defective and had to return them myself to get a refund. Now, the strip of around 10 metres, within just 4 months, stopped working. Just the warm white LEDs are working and other LED in the whole strip is dead. Immediately tried contacting the person in the video as he mentioned 2 year warranty but no response despite trying multiple times. Then I left a WhatsApp message. Again, no response and not even seen. So the whole 2 year warranty thing seems to be just a gimmick. Please avoid the trap and now I realised that the local dealer at least would have the accountability. This seems no less than a fraud. Proforma Invoice No: JBI/24-25/111. Note: My Electrician did not even make a single cut for any warranty void issues. But that the seller would not even respond, that I never have foreseen. Update on the reply: Why then didn't you ask me to visit the shop while purchasing. You found sending via courier to me so comfortable ? I specifically asked in WhatsApp whether I can courier defective pieces to shop but no reply there in 2 days but so early here!! Ohh okay public forum, brand reputation? May be. Or do you have a policy to respond only to reviews on post sales issues!! Update 2: Raised Issue with Ledure too, mentioning dealer is not responding for warranty claim. Will update here if Ledure responds at all. Just hoping others don't get duped by at least looking at the reviews in this forum. I wish I had done that earlier myself. Would have easily understood by looking at the reviews by sorting Lowest rated reviews. Same issue raised by multiple people."

"You’re better off buying the items on amazon or an online website since the prices are exactly same. Half of the colours were not available in the variants. They compare their prices to amazon and say that it’s 200 rs less than xyz product listed on amazon. There’s no difference on pricing of products on the website and physical store. Hardly any variety except the mainstream products."
